Looking back on the year, I'd say Patreon earnings have remained relatively stable. There was a huge dip of earning on Project GB during March, which was slightly concerning since it put us in the red the following month. I believe it was also around April that we picked up Automata Maid, hence the higher payout. Fortunately, the pledges had risen on May that put us back on the green, so we didn't have to take any drastic measures.

The next big change happens around the July-August timeline, as Amaryllis entered our lives and decided to involve himself with us. It was then we started merging our Patreon pages and changed our reward distribution to Google Drive. The earnings on Project GB had skyrocketed on August while people were switching from the other two pages, consequently, the earnings on the other two pages dropped as a result.

It came as no surprise that the earnings on Project GB dipped on September since some patrons were charged twice during the whole switching thing, once when they pledged to Project GB, and another time during the August billing cycle.

We've stopped accepting new patrons on Musubii and Nomad Patreon pages so the earnings on those two pages will slowly but surely continue to decline. Fortunately, earnings on Project GB had remained stable to date.

You may have also noticed on July 2022, we've started spending money on artists, courtesy to Amaryllis' suggestion to make commercial products for our would-be mascots and also for fan art, NSFW art as well as monthly headshot giveaway. During our discussion, Amaryllis had also agreed to sponsor one project for Re:Library, which is Vampire Princess' Rose-colored Dream now translated by Tanaka. Unfortunately, they had to stop investing in Re:Library around October due to personal reason, which put us in a bit of a bind since I had already commissioned a NSFW artwork for $80 and decided to increase Hero King from 5 chapters a month back to 10 chapters monthly because the author had released a few dozen new chapters back then. Luckily, we had enough from the General Purpose Patreon page to cover the losses; a new Patreon page which we started on September 2022 purely for the purpose of "general support".

However, there's no way we can keep cutting expenses from the General Purpose Patreon page. As such, I had to cut the budget from Reborn as a Transcendent, again. Followers of Transcendent may have noticed, but I had increased the monthly quota from 10 to 15 on June, August, September, and October respectively. I would have liked to keep it that way but due to budget constrain, I had to get the money from somewhere.

December had been kind of a blessing to us, since we were able to gain not 1, not 2, but 3 new VVIP Patreon! As part of the tier benefits, VVIP Patrons are able to request us to pick up a new novel, or to distribute their donations evenly. One VVIP Patron has requested us to pick up Tilea's Worries, which we are currently in the progress of sorting out. The other has asked if we can expedite Two-as-One Princesses, else just spread what money we can. And the last one didn't have any particular request and preferred that we distribute it evenly. We are forever thankful to all our VIP Patrons who deem our service respectable enough to spend big bucks on us. We will continue to strive to provide the best service that we can. Cheers to a smooth sailing year in 2023 and Happy New Year everyone!

And that concludes my 2022 Patreon Report.
