Status Update #4 (Patreon)

I've been doing a lot of Status Update these days haven't I? Anyway, a quick follow-up from the last update:

One of our VVIP patrons has opted to redirect their support to speed up the translation of God's Gofer. I explained that our expenses have surpassed our earnings in recent months, meaning adjustments to our budget could necessitate scaling back on some projects. Understanding the situation, the VVIP has generously decided to increase their pledge to ease the transition.

We've also completed a thorough review of our monthly views and subscriber counts. The data shows that Demon Sword Maiden isn't outperforming other projects significantly, and Automata Maid has the lowest subscriber count, prompting us to rethink our strategy.

In response to these financial constraints and the ongoing delays due to the need for multiple translators, we've decided to reduce the monthly quota for Demon Sword Maiden from 20 chapters to 10. Keissen will now serve as the sole translator for this series. This change will allow LazyButAmbitious to focus on their academic pursuits and Yuki to continue their recovery without the stress of looming deadlines.

Additionally, we will decrease the monthly chapter output for Automata Maid from 10 to 5. This decision is partly due to the low subscriber count and the fact that we are nearing the current end of the raw materials, with only 28 chapters left before we catch up.

We appreciate the contributions of all our translators and hope that Yuki and LazyButAmbitious can return to take on new projects as their situations improve. Given the positive reception of The Villainess' Guide, it might be a great fit for them once they are ready to resume work.
