True, but look at Michaelangelo's "David". That was showing off the male form in its' naked glory. Could there be adult intent there? Most definitely, but does there have to be? No, not all. You can show bum, sack even full frontal as being a "tasteful nude" and have it as a "mature" rating because of that. Fully erect would be far more adult oriented than mature, just because the phallus is engorged, which comes across having adult/erotic intent.
