Salty Sea Captain (Patreon)

Hello! Today's release is a new character based on a patron request.

I've made a pirate captain sprite before, but there's been a request for a regular sea captain of the non-pirate variety.

Not much else to say about this guy: I hope you find a good use for this salty old sea dog.
