Mr  Marcus 5 - The Machine 

It arrives in chapter 4 showing Sandro's audacity to disguise himself as a gimp soldier of Mestre Caputo to try to leave the clinic and escape being a perverted slave of the domineering Marcus. However, despite Sandro's mental resistance to Mr Caputo's hypnotic treatment, part of his desire is to surrender and another to run away. But the strength to flee is greater so he is facing all the gimp soldiers and the Gas Masks before he is sent to the machine and his identity is changed forever.
