In an alternate universe set in the not too distant future, humanity's call for extraterrestrial life is answered by a strange, advanced race of insect like humanoids nicknamed; Sectoids. While introductions prove to be shaky, the aliens acclimate well with Earth's people...until they move to unite all of the human race's leaders together under one flag, seeing little resistance under the subtle threat of overwhelming force.

Now a few years into the new world order, one man with a strong dislike for the Sectoids soon encounters someone that forces him knee deep into a shadow conflict going on in the background between a rebel group and the Human-Sectoid government in a bid to stop their plan to bring the population of Earth to heel for good...
