I think Dusty was mistaken about Jim Herd being the one to pull the plug on "Lost in Cleveland". Herd was gone from WCW in late 1991 or early 1992, replaced by Kip Frye. I think Cactus was more on the money in his book when he said it was Eric Bischoff who pulled the plug.
