Never actually listened to this one. But the transfer thing: Wasn't the officer who shot Rice a transfer or new hire who had previously been disciplined for misconduct elsewhere? As for recording folks, I am not interested in shaming anyone. I could only hope that it could function as a deterrent of an escalation or in the worst case, evidence that law enforcement chooses to ignore or mis-characterize. I would do it to ensure I did all that is possible.
