May be that it is only the picture, but the wings (of the pegasus, not the crests :-) ) seem to be to small for my taste.

Both the wings and the horse head feel undersized. However its all still work in progress so some parts might be larger/smaller than they will be within the final sculpt. Plus things like the armour on the rider can easily make unarmoured parts of the horse feel smaller than they should be. Very excited to see how these finalise!
