A large part is re-sculpted at a time. The problem with elves is that only a very specific physiognomy fits them. And making the heads interchangeable further reduces the type of hairstyles we can use. With the other races, being able to add beards and beams makes it easier to get more variety, but don't think it's an easy thing to do here. Let's see what we can come up with.
