Progress 11.12.2020 (Patreon)

Wohoo Friday! So how things are going? Pretty well, I started the final scene last night so I'm pretty much right on the internal schedule. So rendering is going smoothly, shocking surprise there. Writing, it's looking like that day 19 will be finished on Sunday so I'm mostly happy with it. 

And since I'm happy... it is time to talk about things. And now that scare is done, it isn't bad. The Christmas is coming, so what does that mean for the release schedule and such? Most likely nothing that you would notice if we are honest. I'm working the 0.12.0 right now as all of you know, and I'm still planning to release the 0.13.0 before New Year. Assuming everything goes smoothly and without major problems. 

And yes, I wont work on Christmas, much anyway, so don't worry, I'll be relaxing with food and some rum with hot chocolate, and eat some chocolate, probably a lot of it actually. Anyway...

So what's with the strange new image that is actually from the VN? Well, this is the first non-spoiler image that I could show, as Miyuki and Alexander walking to the bedroom isn't a spoiler at this point. But! Notice how stuff has changed? The walls have wall paper, the surface of the walls and pillars have changed, and the bed as changed! What heresy is this? Well that's what you get when you let woman in your life... they redecorate the whole house! And about damn time ;)

Yeah, I said it somewhere that I was updating the house over the next few updates sometime ago. So here it is the biggest rework of it, namely the walls, and some of the furniture, and things. Alexander won't comment on it but assume it was known, especially after his windows got changed! 

Also I'm trying stuff with the lightning, its warm white right now (color temperature  3500K) instead of the bright white (6500K). A lot of scenes in here needs to brightened up with ghost lights most likely but that is minor issue really. But I have to say, it makes the room more inviting really.

Only thing I'm not 100% sure is the bed but, it is first thing I try soon. And as a bonus, have some other render that I did, just because I wanted to render some faeries, go figure.
