A new 2x ESRGAN model for Fast Photo upscaling, it's way faster than the x4plus model while retain decent image quality.

As you can see, the new model is 30.5x faster than x4plus model, and it could achieve similar speed to the waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan, while provide higher quality photo upscaling compare to waifu2x-ncnn.
