Out of curiosity, what does the "Encoding Quality" setting adjust? Just the Constant Rate Factor or the Quantizer? Or does it effect more parameters than that?

It's crf but it will be dynamically adjusted through the whole video upscaling process

Keep Subtitles (MKV) doesn't seem to keep fonts. Keeps timing & styles, but fonts are not retained.
