I am working on integrating the "NVIDIA-Maxine" into the GUI as a new Super-resolution Engine

It's a fast and light-weight super-resolution engine designed by Nvidia for Nvidia RTX GPUs (40, 30 and 20 series)

Right now GUI can use it to upscale images, if everything goes smoothly, it will be fully supported by GUI like other engines after this month.
