[Patch] Fix and improvements related to [Pre-processing Boost] (Patreon)

⚠You must fully installed v3.83.01 before install this Patch.

This patch includes following improvements:

- Improve video quality.

- Improve video conversion speed.

- Reduce space usage.

- Fix bug: In some situations, video stream will become shorter when [Pre-processing Boost] enabled.

- Fix UI issues.
