Frame Codec (Finished)

Now GUI can save video frames as JPEG(Lossless) to save drive(or RAM) space

1. Hardware-accelerated Decoding (Finished)

The GUI will be able to use GPU to accelerate decoding(split video into frames)

2. Dynamic RAM Cache (Mostly finished, testing)

The GUI will be able to save & read all the video frames into the RAM, which is a lot faster than SSD & Mechanical hard disk.

And most importantly, your hard drives will no longer be damaged by constantly writing tons of frames onto them. ( RAM doesn't have write limit )
