[Patch] Quick Fix for High DPI Display Users (Patreon)

If you are using an High DPI(Resolution) Display, the GUI might looks kinda weird on your screen. And here is a quick fix for that:

1. Download this new "Waifu2x-Extension-GUI-Start.bat" file from here:

https://mega.nz/file/eKYjyYJZ#vVrNsiPh0Hp0fkkuSZKLQyhRKUoJM6-2ST4CmiW4EEE 

2. Use this new "Waifu2x-Extension-GUI-Start.bat" to replace the old one.

3. Restart the program using the new "Waifu2x-Extension-GUI-Start.bat"

This should make the GUI layout looks much more normal on your High DPI display.
