From this version, I decided to add some incredible new features.The main focus is on the functions of undo and redo.Part of it has been completed so far.

New features:

1.Added a new menu group "Select menu group" .Add multiple related selection commands.

2.Add undo function for atom deletion and addition(Default shortcut key Ctrl+z,Of course, you can also customize shortcut keys).
