Patreon Message Failures on Both Ends (Patreon)

For months now, I have not gotten notifications for Patreon messages. Sometimes messages won't even display as "new" if I check for them manually. One thing I've only come to realize recently, though, is that many of you aren't getting notifications when I do see your message and send you a reply. 

Since the system is so broken, if I can see your message on Patreon (and remember, sometimes I can't even see it if I check manually), I will have Stella e-mail my reply to you at the email address you registered on patreon with. This is a dumb and clumsy work-around for a problem I don't understand, but at least it's a work-around.

I try to be accessible and answer questions from patrons (although remember that I haven't done translations on request for a long time). I'm not trying to ignore you, so if you see this, please remember that Patreon messages are just completely broken, but I do get notifications of posts on the community page, and Stella monitors the email address at admin AT JacksonWCrawford.com (remember the W between my first and last names).
