When aliens intercept video feeds of classic arcade games and misinterpret them as a declaration of war, they attack Earth, using the games as models. It received generally negative reviews, with critics considering it similar to other video game films, and grossed $244 million worldwide against a production budget of between $88 million and $129 million. As of 2023, this is the last Happy Madison film to be released theatrically by Columbia Pictures.
