A week offline (and page maintenance) (Patreon)

It’s been interesting, with the internet unavailable here for a week. But more for the housemates than me. After decades on the road, I know how to keep busy without it.

The writing happened, and you’ll get a mini flood of it. Sorry about that.

The main reason for this post is to inform you that I’m going to be making changes to how I post the chapters with the goal of cleaning up my page. The change is simple, but requires that I manually make the changes as they happen, so it introduces more places where I can make mistakes (it’s why I am such a fan of automation)

Going forward, I will post only once for each chapter, at the avid reader Tier, then, a week later, manually add the next lower tier to it, and so on.

That means there will only be one of each chapter visible, and should make finding them as they get posted easier, but I have no idea if you’ll get notified when I make the changes.

I’m hoping you will, but ultimately, the messiness of my page is the top complaints of anyone who came to support me and left. For that needs to be resolves, and this is the only method I have come up with.

I did contact support, but at this time they have no way to automate the updating to other tiers, and there doesn’t seem to be a plan to make that happen.

I hope that will clear up things, and again, thank you for your support
