 Since the last updates, some things become weird. Gene let me know about the glow in this mod was wrong.  
So I made some changes. the textures are a bit changed, maybe it is not very noticeable but they have slight changes as well as the material of the glowing parts is independent now to no longer have problems with another mods (Like Necalli)
