The first Cel Damage was an interesting racing / combat game developed by Pseudo Interactive and published by Electronic Arts for XBOX, PS2 and GameCube. The game is a cartoony take on vehicular combat games like Twisted Metal and the sequel would have improved the gameplay in every way.
