Preservation Fund 2: your feedback about the use of donations! (Patreon)

For 1$+ Patrons: as we wrote before, thanks to your support we were able to rise enough donations to pay the Unseen64 server till the end of 2016! Before to start to rise donations to pay the server for 2017 (it's a bit early probably and we'll have to wait for our provider to tell us how much it will cost for that year, depending on how many visitors the site will get in 2016) we'll collect future donations in a " Preservation Fund" to be used for other Unseen64 related needs.

As it's many years that we are archiving videos, screenshots and more files from lost videogames, the space in our HDs is getting smaller and smaller. We already have many GBs of data, some of which is still not published online in the Unseen64 archive, and with the creation of video articles in higher definition and many hours of recorded podcasts, more GBs of data needs to get backed-up. We have to make space to save even more videos and audio from lost videogames!

As always before to use donations we ask for your opinions: what do you think about the purchase of a new external HD of 2TB to backup and save more unseen files? It would cost about 100$ and it could be used for many years to come. Let us know in the comments below!
