Donations from May 2015 (Patreon)

For 1$ Patrons: here's the details for the donations raised in May, with fees and taxes for Patreon and Paypal, we'll update the server goal soon to show that we got enough to pay the Unseen64 server in 2017 and to ask you how we should use the remaining donations!
