I loved Frozen because it had the "true love comes from familial love" thing which we never really see in a "true love's kiss" scenario. But Frozen 2 has my whole heart because it's about accepting who you are. Ofc everyone relates to it differently based on our own experiences and all, but when Elsa was singing Show Yourself and figuring out she was the 5th spirit...she sang "I am found", her mum sang "You are the one you've been waiting for" and Elsa continued with "all of my life", I NEVER fail to bawl. I related it to my figuring out I am aroace.

The songs in Frozen 2 are also TOP TIER. Into the Unknown was incredible and Lost in The Woods actually gave me 90s boyband vibes, complete with "dance moves" and melancholic staring into the distance...it was so cool. Loved all the storylines and, um, colonialism?? Didn't think we'd touch on that but yeah! We did well considering it's a Disney film!
