Jay just likes to bully weak people but in the case of Rick it’s like he made it his personal mission. JT and Toby haven’t really been hanging out for a while now. They still have moments where they talk to each other in passing and sometimes they hang out but not like back in season I think 3. Toby paying the new girl (Darcy) five dollars to kiss Rick was such a bad idea and this game they were playing was creepy. Since Rick thought she actually liked him, as he does with any female that is somewhat nice to him, he set his sights on Darcy to be his new girlfriend and since Jay saw this he went after Toby and told him now some grade nine is being stalked because of that kiss. Also on a side note I feel like almost every girl was drinking stupid juice this episode. With Emma maybe she still felt bad about going overboard with the get Rick out of school campaign but she did not need to kiss either Toby or Rick. I think that is what gave them even more incentive to try with the other girls in school.

Spinner is the type you give an inch and he takes a mile. Whenever Spinner is wronged he always goes to far when it comes to getting what he thinks is his justice and that he did nothing wrong. He did it with his teacher, Jimmy and now Paige.

Even in season 3, toby and JT weren’t as close since JT started hanging out with Paige and her crew, but they still hang out sometimes, like a few episodes back at Liberty’s house.
