It’s might be just me but I find it funny that Marco said spinner isn’t his type because I feel like Dylan looks like he could be Spinners older brother. Idk maybe it’s just the hair.

I see what you mean about Spinner's progressing a bit fast with accepting Marco as gay. But my theory is that after the whole Rick thing, Spinner compared himself to him and I think it was cause of how he was treating Marco and being a bully to him. And then he saw how Marco was with his dad and realized how uncomfortable Marco was and connected that he made him feel that way too.
