This is why, as much as I think the conjuring is a great atmospheric horror movie with a few jump scares, I was really pulling for Sinister because that movie hasn't left my brain to this day. It fucked me up for a WHILE lmao, and the stakes are far greater. I'm STILL hoping for that movie for Halloween!
