Some fun casting: Vin the puzzle master was played by Amy's real-life husband, David Fumero, and Sam the sad soup-eater was played by the star crossword creator for the NY Times, Will Shortz. I don't get too excited by either of the secondary stories (new car or commissioner candidates), but I do like the puzzle stuff.
