I am with you on the whole anomaly storyline. It is a little confusing because it is not explained very well. But, Dioza is not at Sky Ring. She was taken somewhere else, where time is normal, so she is not dead, but their only way to that place is through the anomaly place. For me, 7th season is the weakest in the series(kind of a mess in my opinion), but there are some good stuff as well.
