i forgot how damn good the music is in this series omg! also i love that you're seeing it more of an ensemble cast, everyone gets fair play on screen and i love that. christina is intense but i love her. they're all going into this with stuff they need to work on and grow from. everyone is equally imperfect, but the writing is amazing for these characters! each storyline is done so well! i can't wait for the next episode, it's a favorite! also i love how you understood christina a bit more at the end. i adore her and so st the start it was hard to hear your dislike for her but i appreciate you understanding her a bit more. this show is a very human show. the way it pulls you in and draws you to these characters. it's just really special.

re: her mothers tapes: while it did cross a boundary, what they've alluded to thus far in the show is that ellis grey was a powerhouse. her surgeries were first of their kind. watching her tapes is like this insight you can't get anywhere else from anywhere else so as surgeons themselves it's like....the top of the top that they can be learning from and watching. so while it crosses a line for them to go behind meredith like that i get the desire to want to watch those and i'm happy the episode ended the way it did with meredith joining them. she's got a lot of darkness about her mother so having like a little slumber party and being able to celebrate her mom with her friends was a good moment

Not George being so fruity that Steven didn't even clock on that he has a crush on Meredith until we're 3 episodes in 🤣🤣 Yeah, Izzie is very sweet but she got a little too emotionally connected. It's good that your doctor cares about you, which is something we all want, but not to the point of hindrance. I'm glad she did went in for the surgery. She did her job and, on a more sentimental note, he had one person in that room who really cared about him and was sad to see him go. I forgot how inappropriately insistent McDreamy was lol. At least we know Mer likes it. And yeah now you see the issue with roommates. I would have kicked them out too tbh. I would NOT have joined in on the watch party when I said no to looking through MY things. Major invasion of privacy. Glad it didn't cause lasting damage to their new friendships but I could never. And George literally asking at the BATHROOM DOOR if Meredith needed some privacy was peak idiocy. Guys, we are one third done with the first season lol. Can you believe it?
