With the comment in a previous week, it was news to me that the bald guy is secretly in every episode, sometimes for split seconds or in background so now I’m looking for him each episode and I spotted him in this one but won’t say where so others can find

Thanks for an awesome reaction. Please try to remember what Walter said, that Olivia seeing John is the way her brain is interpreting his memories (basically the information that Olivia now has in her brain). Basically, instead of that info just randomly coming to her mind (out of nowhere - which would confuse her brain) it's coming in the form of John appearing in front of her and telling her (what her brain already knew -due to the shared dream state in the tank in the first episode) this will be important later.
