Izel didn't say that Coulson killed her family/planet or anything. She was talking about the last fight the two of them had when she was "looking" on the Chronicon for the artefacts. She said that he killed her crew and want to kill her. She said he is someone who doesn't want to connect all life using the artefacts, and he wants to kill her because she knows what "he really is", she doesn't give anything else away.
