I don't think the Allison and Scott breaking up came entirely out of nowhere. Also, it wasn't just one lie, that Scott new Derek, that Allison was upset by, as she references in this episode and mentioned in her conversation with Scott in the previous episode, it was that he was acting different and lying about a lot of things, and in that conversation, about everything he said to her that night. Plus, she did in that moment try to talk to him about his lies and he continued lying, then, yes she did kiss him, but that doesn't mean she was over the lies, it was more, a don't die kiss, since he was going to get the key to get them out of their. But then he came back and broke the key off in the lock and left them their, which probably doesn't make sense to her, since the whole reason he went out their in the first place was to get the key, so they could leave, not be locked in that room and not be able to get out. So, that just compounded the trust issues she was having with him about the lying and she broke up with him, but as she was talking about with everyone in this episode, Lydia, Kate, Jackson, she's not even sure she made the right choice. Also, no I have no interest in Jackson and Allison being together, I think that would be terrible, I also didn't like the Lydia and Scott kissing scene, I personally don't know if I really think Allison is doing anything wrong with Jackson, but Jackson, as you can see with his little smirks when no one is looking, is trying to manipulate the situation to get what he wants and is definitely doing it all on purpose, so I think he is definitely wrong. Side note, the Coach isn't really meant to be a great and serious coach, he is comedy relief, not meant to be taken seriously.

yeah i don't think allison thinks anything is happening between her and jackson besides them being friends tbh but he def has ulterior motives.
