I love Outlander! Did you know that the person who created the music in Outlander is Bear Mccreary? The same person who created the music for Battlestar Galactica! Another thing to watch out for is the theme song does change melody throughout the seasons. Kind of like Psych does. I really hope that you continue to react to outlander. It is amazing!

This show is absolutely wonderful. The cinematography and score are honestly so f*%#ing superior! The acting is also up there for me. It was lovely watching along with you; I hope it’s one you continue to react to (although I understand you have a lot on your plate already)! You are correct in your assumption: it is based on a book series. It’s essentially Historical Romance with Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Adventure elements.
