If I'm not mistaken the powers of the guy you kept asking about is he can manipulate light. His superhero name is The Ray. Also there is more Legends heros than what was already showed. The crossovers have a main cast throughout the episodes that do not include the whole cast of all the shows. However, each episodes has most, if not all, of the cast of said show. In the first episode, we saw the main cast (of heros) in Supergirl appear even if it was only briefly in the beginning. In the second episode, we saw the main cast (of heros) in Arrow appear during the fight scene. In this episode, since most of the hero cast was already here, they brought back Snart (even if it was a doppelganger) since he has a pretty significant history with team flash. Last thing I had to say is that this episode and the next are my favorite ones in the crossover. The others felt long to me cause it kinda sets up things, but the last 2 end this crossover beautifully in a way that to me they never really could recreate after.
