Yeah, this was absolutely Daniel's Baby. But Eugene wasn't just a name to get it made, he did help through the years. And yeah you should absolutely watch the special. Its just a behind the scenes material with the cast, but its very enjoyable.

I'm so glad the finale left you with good feelings -- it always does for me too. I would love it if you watched the behind-the-scene documentary "Best Wishes, Warmest Regards"; it's weird that it got taken off Netflix, but there are other ways. I thought it was on YouTube, but that page gave me an error. You can see it on Amazon for like $3. Maybe you can find a different way. And please do a REACTION to it, so we can share the experience with you! I've truly enjoyed you gradually coming to love the series.

Ah! You made it!! No show can quite take its place but it would be amazing if you could rent Best Wishes, Warmest Regards on Amazon to watch with us! You’re right, it was on Netflix but when Hulu secured the rights to the show this past October they overlooked the movie for some unknown reason. They really captured some kind of magic when they made this series! Everything Dan touches has this feel good vibe- not sure if you’d ever review a competition show but Best in Brunch is similarly feel good. And I’m really looking forward to his Guardian Angels show later this year. It would be quick, but you might like Murderville? Especially if you paused it before the end of the episodes to pick who you thought committed the murder?

I think a good replacement would be the comedy series The Other Two. Family comedy series about a very young Justin Bieber type and his adult siblings who aren’t successful. Molly Shannon is the mom. Ken Marino from Veronica Mars is hilarious as the younger brother’s manager. Very funny and lots of jokes about their family dynamics.

what an amazing way to end this great show, right? this episode won directing and writing emmy (both by Dan Levy, who plays David). I truly encourage watching their emmy winning speeches, just SO MUCH JOY! the special episode is also a definite worthwhile watch, if you can find it.

This is such a happy tears ending. So much love for the whole gang in the show and IRL. It's been a great watch along. In your spare time, if you have any, you might want to check out Dan Levy's episode of David Tennant Does a Podcast With... It's really interesting to hear about his personal, professional, and family life. And DT, is actually a really good interviewer and it's a great conversation.

i cry every time watching this finale. the vows, simply the best by the jazzagals, Patrick singing Maria Carey, and that last goodbye. You can tell that it was the actors and not the characters in that moment. Just perfection.
