It was erased in the episode where Spencer couldn't find her laptop and then it magically appeared on her table

A couple of episodes ago when the girls got the video on Spencer's laptop, the very next morning Spencer's laptop magically disappear from her bookbag and then reappeared again at her house under some books, when they went to check out for the video then, it was completely gone. A wanted to show them to truth but didn't want them to release it, which is why in this episode they had nothing to show the police because it would have been the concrete piece of evidence they so need.

one thing to remember is that they're highschoolers and fall in love easily. They're also dumb when it comes to love. so that might help understand why the writing of the relationships seem fast. Or at the very least is how i see it. and oh, just wait for spencer and toby! im so loving these reactions!

Honestly, I understand why Hannah fell for Caleb. He is an attractive mysterious, bad-boy type of guy and some girls are suckers for that. You could also tell that from the moment Caleb was introduced, Hannah was intrigued by him just by the way she talked about him. Even when people said he was sketchy, she was totally down for spending some time with him. I also think Caleb is a new face and sees Hannah in a different light, he is not from town so he didn't know how she was before and that was a huge part of why she and Sean didn't work out sometimes because Hannah always had it on the back of her head that Sean would always look at her as hefty Hannah. Taking him to her house was a big step, YES! But Hannah has always been a really kind person, I think she would have done the same for anyone in need if I am being honest, especially if she got to know them a bit plus she owed him. I don't really see it being rushed because they have lived under the same roof for a couple of weeks now, none of them made a move until that shower scene which kinda escalated things in their dynamic and they both really seem to be into each other and it is slowly growing. Also, you have to remember these are teenagers so everything is sort of heightened lol. As for Toby and Spencer, I do agree their buildup was a bit rushed. They never even talked all that much until the last two episodes so that kiss was kinda like, huh? But then again, sometimes boding with a person a couple of hours can really get things into perspective, they are both really seeing each other differently and learning. We shall see how it goes lol. Sorry for the long comment.

I agree with you about the couples but I also think it’s important to remember who the target audience is for this show and what kind of show this actually is. I know it brands itself as a mystery but at the end of the day… it’s a teen drama. Couples always get together pretty quickly on these types of shows.

i think things just move faster when you're that age. i remember times where i'd stay after school with a boy to work on a project or something and bam! instant connection after like two or three conversations lol and caleb is definitely an intriguing chracter but then again he and toby are my favorites lol the writers did a great job with these two for sure!

I also think something to remember other than being teenagers and generally having things move faster at that age, they are in pretty extreme situations. Caleb is literally already living with Hanna and she saw him naked, which as Michel said, definitely would make their relationship bloom and blossom at a quicker pace. Meanwhile, Spencer not only feels guilty about how harsh she was towards Toby and the bad things she thought about him, but she is also being framed for the same crime he was. Not to mention her family is gaslighting and ostracizing her, which only pushes her closer to Toby, especially because he is helping her clear her name. Toby is also trying to get away from Jenna and Spencer is the perfect person to be able to do that with. Like, yes, they are teenagers, but they are also dealing with extremely intense circumstances that heighten and accelerate the pace and seriousness of their relationship to one another.
