Pretty sure Mordo turned against Strange (and sorcerers) at the end of his first movie. He reduces a sorcerer in the post-credit scene to the condition he was in before he started studying the mystic arts. His arc in that movie leads him to lose faith in the world of magic because it corrupts and distorts natural law. Unfortunately, that wasn't continued/explored because Scott didn't return for the second film. I would love for you to watch Eternals! I also think it would be beneficial for you to check out Black Widow and Captain Marvel (the CM in this movie is in it which is where we know her from) going forward for phase 5, whether that's on your own time or for Patreon.
