We did know about the ink in Cruella's hair. It was in the season with the original author when we found out about her backstory involving him. They were fighting over the ink when it spilled onto her changing her into the Cruella we know. The reason for the other Henry is because he is from the wish realm, the realm they are currently stuck in thanks to Wish Rumple. It's also the realm this version of Hook is from. Back when Emma wished she wasn't the savior, that realm was created with everyone she knew, including Henry. In that realm they thought they banished the evil queen so when Regina showed up, that Henry believed her to be the evil queen of that realm, her killing Snow and Charming didn't help. Hope that helps with some of your questions. 🙂

If Brian were to consider watching this show, that’d be awesome! Hoping to fix confusion but the Dark Curse brought everyone back in time. The realm they are currently in is the Wish Realm. Our Regina did kill Snow and Charming when she tried getting Emma from remembering her real life back in S6E10. So Henry from the Wish Realm lost his grandparents, and his mom (since she went back to Storybrooke), and hates the Evil Queen. Again, this is back in time when Henry is a little bit older. So Older Henry and Younger Henry exist at the same time bc Older Henry is back in time. Idk if that makes sense lol
