I love that song!! It's one of my favorite episode simply for the musical number at the end. Actually most of my favorite episodes of Victorious is when there is a musical performance in it.

I’m not crazy about this episode like a lot of people are, but I do think it’s good! Haha That Jade remark was BRUTAL oh My gosh, but you’ll notice that Victorious likes to make fun of the weirdo guy characters and that’s consistent throughout. Also, pretty sure Trina’s girls = her boobs, which you know, is a choice to include. I’d like to think Cat wears what she wears because she’s just hyper feminine and interested in makeup and clothes and stuff, but I find so many things weird now about this show, that I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a sinister reason behind it.

Part of me really feels like Steven would appreciate iCarly more, as it's not as nihilistic. I feel like if you showed him both Drake and Josh and iCarly, he could see the evolution of the Nickelodeon sitcom from his generation of All that/Keenan and Kel to the 2010's shows like Victorious. Same with Suite Life on Deck vs Suite Life of Zach and Cody he's watching now.

Elizabeth Gillies who plays Jade stars in a CW show called Dynasty, which is a rather good showing of her real acting talents. Mostly it's fun to see her upgrade from implied shade to more adult forms of trash talking.

Also, Dynasty is a good contender for a show that's similar to Gossip Girl. It's essentially a show that follows post-college age heirs to a massive oil dynasty in Atlanta, as opposed to Gossip Girl which is old money in the North.

Also, Five Fingers to the Face (the song they sang in the car) remains iconic and me and my friend would sing it all the time on the bus to school. It's on Spotify lol. There's a long version they sing in a later episode which includes the 'dirty' line.

I feel like iCarly's random humor is mostly during the web show. I'm not a fan of the romantic ships on the show but they do have a pretty solid family dynamic so that might be good. Mostly, I think Drake and Josh would be enjoyable for him - and us lol

i would be over the moon if he did drake and josh. i think it'd be way more enjoyable for him. sure some things don't hold up, but it was an iconic show. and i think the humor would be more his pace and taste. i don't mind victorious at this point but i also don't watch every reaction like i do for wizards. i think drake and josh would just be pure fun for the patreon.
