I'm usually pretty lenient on Glee and their cover songs. They have covered a lot of songs I love, some just as good as the originals, some not, but Stevie Wonder being one of my all time favorite singers, I was super critical in this episode. The only ones to impress me were Mercedes and Artie. Again I agree with you on the Kitty thing. She's a bitch 90% of the time and now I don't know what she's doing, but they did a terrible job writing her.

A decent episode. Stevie is, imo, a hard singer to cover but I thought everyone did just fine to great! And yes lmao, Jake sang "I Wish" which Wild Wild West samples. And the idea of Cassie's turnaround in the end was that she was extra harsh on Rachel because she knew how good she was (which doesn't really make sense regarding dance, but whatever). I don't think Rachel learned much of anything by her teaching style anyway and I'm not certain she is a better dancer because of it. But, yeah. Think of Cassandra July as a sports coach and Rachel as their best player, I guess. Glad you saw my comment about Finn! I've just seen other reactors be confused since his final episode left off with this grand return back to Glee Club and him co-teaching with Will to help them prepare for regionals. And for him not to appear after all of that might have been jarring, without knowing the full context.
