The problem is the oversexualisation of women by men to such a degree that some women are also very vocal against public breastfeeding. Of course, that stems from a sense of proprietary as to how you conduct yourself in public, which, of course, was set out by men. If you think of a man holding a baby in public and the baby latches on to his nipple, it would be seen as funny. For women, it's a disgrace, even though they are doing one of the most natural things: feeding their offspring. On another train of thought, it's funny how we could be so squeamish about drinking human breast milk when we drink animal breast milk every day. Same thing, different being. And then, not to go too graphic, but there are other things than men are very happy for women to...intake... that comes from their own body and visa versa. So why is breast milk so different? Because womens breasts are seen as sexual objects and anything other than that needs to be kept away to not break the illusion. Chandler alludes to exactly that in this episode , when Ross pulls him away.

Never heard a man care in the slightest about other drinking breast milk, ever. Also never met one who if the subject comes up will admit they would try it. Only ever heard extreme negative reactions against that from women, almost all women who do react to it.
