Jemma's voice was croaky because Elizabeth Henstridge had a bad cold at the time of filming. The cast joked that she should have lied and said she was method acting.

They told you why it's Hydra. Very clearly. May's biggest regret was killing the little girl in Bahrain. Remember when they showed Radcliffe changing that memory? When that child was spared they brought the child to the US and put her in school. She ended up killing a bunch of children. Shield was implicated in what happened and Hydra stepped in to take over and "protect" the world from Inhumans. The simulation is that Shield fell and Hydra won. May joined Hydra to make up for her "mistake" in not killing the little girl. CoulsonBot said in the previous episode that he always wondered what life would be like if he never joined Shield. So that regret was fixed. Coulson never joined and has a simple life as a school teacher. We haven't yet been shown yet what the regrets of the others are. Daisy and Jemma have nothing fixed since AIDA didn't put them in the framework.
