I love this episode. It's by far one of my favorites of the show because it does such a great job revealing to us the audience about Eobard Thawne and Harrison Wells without giving the main characters any new information. It also moves that plot along as it gives us more info on the Reverse-Flash as we learn that before he came back to kill Barry, the real Harrison Wells would have launched the particle accelerator in 2020, which is presumably when Barry was supposed to become the Flash, and instead he took over Well' life and made it happen sooner just to get home. Trickster is one of my favorite villains of the show. I'm not sure you realized but he's played by Mark Hamil, who is most famous for play Luke Skywalker and the Joker in DC's animated Batman and has played the Joker longer than anyone else. He also played the Trickster in the 90's Flash TV series. The images Team Flash looks at when they go over his past are still images taken from the 90's Flash TV series. This episode was filled with little easter eggs to that, including a reunion of sorts with Trickster and Flash as the actor that plays Barry's father also played Barry/The Flash himself in that show.
