I thought while watching the end scene that Jessica was sincere. Harvey was even asking her if it's a move or a gesture and she explained that she hates constantly feeling left out and not in control over her own firm. It's just that she was so desperate to get rid of Hardman that she thought she could live with her arrangement with Darby, but now she knows that she can't and that Harvey was right. And you can clearly see at the end how moved Harvey was by that. All he wanted was for Jessica to finally be on his side and now she finally is .. that makes him feel terrible about taking the firm away from her ..
