The series was originally on Fox. After five seasons there, it was cancelled, but immediately picked up by NBC (which has a corporate connection with Fox), where it will air its final season in the fall. Guest stars aren't committed to any one network, and can take as many jobs as their schedule allows. Billing order is determined by contract for each series. This began as an Andy Samberg project, so he gets first billing. Andre Braugher is probably the most prestigious other name in the cast (he's been in many prestigious series and dramas, often in heavy drama), so he's "WITH Andre Braugher" at the end. The others are alphabetical in between.

I know Terry Crews has been in some movies, so yes he's a "movie star", but Andy Samberg and Andre Braugher have been extremely successful in their respective fields as well, I mean they're both Emmy winners. Plus, the best part about this show is that it's a great ensemble so it wouldn't work if one character constantly stood out.

when i started watching the show i only knew about andy samberg and jo lo truglio (bc of pitch perfect lol), i'd never heard of the other actors, but i guess it's bc i'm not from the US
