"How do you kill Superman?" Kryptonite helps, yes, or he could be killed by someone or something just as strong as he is, like Doomsday for example, and the famous "Death of Superman" story. Superman is also vulnerable to magic so magic users also have away to combat the Man of Steel.

He can also be vulnerable to certain Alien powers or biology, minerals, metals, or weapons. Some just could slightly hurt or just stun him and knock him back in a fight others could penetrate his force field or skin and kill him like kryptonite does. There's not much but they do pop up in the comics, shows, etc from time to time. Most of the time his skin and or the field around him make him invulnerable to most physical attacks, fire, bullets, explosions etc unless interrupted by the Kryptonite, Magic or Alien stuff and the invulnerability gets stronger as he ages and absorbs more sun light. Same goes for Super girl etc.

I understand Henry's wife having tons of resentment towards Lana. In an earlier episode she mentioned they have two kids in boarding school who Henry pays no attention to. All of a sudden, he gets a new daughter and he's giving her all the attention in the world. Not just ignoring her, but their other two kids. She realizes its because Lana reminds Henry of a happier time in his life. (When he was with Lana's mom) They used to think Henry was just a cold father, but no... he just never loved them like he loved Lana's mom. In a way, she wasted the best years of her life on this man and now she's alone and miserable and he's happier than ever without her, spending all his time with Lana.

The most interesting thing about the ending of the episode is that both Chloe and Lionel are wild cards. They didn't exist in the comic world of Superman and Clark Kent so the writers of the show could do anything with him. Stay tuned to find out how it all turns out!

I believe both Clark and Chloe make some good points. I mean yes, Clark does tend to put everything aside for Lana, and if you are his friend you would start getting annoyed. But the difference is a male friend would understand the reason behind, and be far more understanding. In Chloe's case because of the fact that she has feelings for Clark, she always gets on his case way more than is needed when it comes to Lana. I mean Clark is right when he said that whenever Chloe sees him and Lana talking or being together, she gets this look and attitude that makes Clark feel like he is cheating on her. That is on Chloe to work through her feelings, as Clark needs to work on not letting his friends down when it comes to Lana.
