You are damn right this episode is sensational, and it didn't even have anything to do with the main storyline. This is honestly one of the best "filler" episodes i've ever seen. I love every single part of this episode, and how it ties together. The shell game in Sarah's past to the shell game with the Klüg brothers was awesome. Sarah's dad's speech to the father of the bride in the parking lot. Kathleen seeing Casey flash the NSA badge to the police. I get goosebumps multiple times during this episode. As for your question regarding Sarah's mum. The short answer is we haven't really been told much about her yet, just that she has a strange/difficult relationship with her, so we're meant to assume she's alive, at least. When i'm watching TV, this is what the kind of quality I wish for. Man, I just really love this episode.
